Education Agent Commitment

Education Agent
Code of Conduct

Go Australia Go is committed to acting with honesty, integrity, and transparency in all services provided to international students and migration clients.

Our Commitment to You

This Code of Conduct outlines the standards Go Australia Go upholds in all dealings with students, families, and migration clients. These principles are consistent with the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students (National Code 2018) and the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.

Our migration services are provided by or under the supervision of Registered Migration Agents and/or Australian legal practitioners as required by the Migration Act 1958. Education agent services are provided by qualified education counsellors committed to student wellbeing and honest outcomes.

Our Core Principles

Seven pillars that guide every interaction with our clients.

Honest Advice
  • We provide accurate, up-to-date information about study and visa options in Australia.
  • We do not make promises or guarantees about visa outcomes, as all decisions rest solely with the Australian Department of Home Affairs.
  • We clearly explain the strengths and risks of each pathway based on your individual profile.
  • We will recommend options that are genuinely in your best interest, even if that means referring you elsewhere.
No False Visa Guarantees
  • We never guarantee visa approval or specific visa outcomes under any circumstances.
  • Any representation of past visa grant rates is provided for general context only and does not constitute a guarantee.
  • We will not misrepresent the likelihood of a positive outcome to secure engagement.
  • Final visa decisions are made exclusively by the Australian Department of Home Affairs.
Transparent Service Fees
  • All service fees are disclosed clearly before any engagement or contract is signed.
  • We itemise fees so you understand exactly what is covered and what is not.
  • Government (DIBP/DHA) fees, IELTS testing fees, and other third-party costs are separate from our service fees.
  • We do not charge hidden fees or commissions from institutions that affect our advice to you.
Student Best-Interest Policy
  • We act in the genuine best interest of each student, not the interests of any institution or partner.
  • We select and recommend institutions based on your academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.
  • We comply with the Australian National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students.
  • We encourage students to ask questions and take time to make informed decisions without pressure.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
  • We disclose any commission or referral arrangements with education providers when recommending courses.
  • Commissions received from institutions do not influence the quality or honesty of advice given to you.
  • If a conflict of interest arises, we will disclose it promptly and take steps to manage it appropriately.
  • You have the right to seek a second opinion at any time, and we support this right.
Privacy Protection
  • We collect, store, and use your personal information only for the purpose of providing our services.
  • Your information is protected in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
  • We do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
  • You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time.
Complaint Handling Process
  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you have the right to raise a formal complaint.
  • Submit complaints in writing to: [email protected] with the subject line 'Formal Complaint'.
  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days.
  • If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) or the relevant state/territory education authority.
